2025 | Day 1: Jen Bucci

Jen Bucci is VP, Head of Design at Anduril Industries, where she leads the defense technology company’s identity across brand and product. In this role, Jen oversees several creative disciplines including industrial design, visualization design, photography and film, and graphic design. Since joining in 2021, Jen’s teams have implemented the standardization and aesthetic direction across the company.

Jen comes to Anduril with a background in industrial design, automotive advertising, and branding. Prior to Anduril, she was at Boeing across space, commercial airlines, and defense business lines, contributing to projects like the Starliner in collaboration with NASA’s Commercial Crew Program, commercial and defense aircraft liveries, and enterprise branding. Previously she has held design roles with Hyperloop, Lexus, Volkswagen, and Subaru.

Jen is a graduate of Art Center College of Design, with a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design.
